American marathon star Emily Sisson has joined athletics fans in blasting marathon world record holder Ruth Chepng'etich, who tested positive for banned substances.

Kenya's Ruth Chepng'etich, who is the Women's Marathon World Record Holder, has been provisionally suspended by the Athletics Integrity Unit (AIU) for doping.

Ruth Chepngetich, the world record holder in the women's marathon, was provisionally suspended after a positive doping test for a diuretic.
