Harvard University said on Tuesday it will comply with the demands of President Donald Trump's administration to turn over employment forms for thousands of university staff, but for the time being was not sharing records for those employed in roles only available to students.

A confidential memo, later published in court documents, shows that the Trump administration had already shared an aggressive ‘menu’ of reforms with Harvard, a week before government officials sent a second list of demands that the University rejected.

Harvard University said it would turn over employment forms for thousands of staff to comply with demands from the Department of Homeland Security.
