A Supreme Court decision last month limiting the use of nationwide injunctions appeared to pave the way for President Donald Trump to begin enforcing his plan to end birthright citizenship.

The 9th Circuit decision continues to prevent the Trump administration from denying birthright citizenship. The issue may go to the U.S. Supreme Court.
