Fans travelled from across the world and sported their own rockstar outfits for the farewell - with everything from tattoos to socks bearing Osbourne's name or image. The legendary frontman, 76, who has Parkinson's disease, sang while seated on a black throne.

Alongside Zakk Wylde, Tommy Clufetos, Adam Wakeman and Mike Inez, Osbourne performed some of the biggest hits of his solo career, such as "Mr. Crowley," "Mama, I'm Coming Home" and "Crazy Train." Just a little while later, he sang another four tracks with his Sabbath bandmates to close out the night.

In front of a hometown crowd of over 40,000 at England’s Villa Park, Osbourne played his final concert. Titled “Back to Beginning,” the concert lasted ten hours and featured a lineup of multiple rock and roll greats, including Metallica, Slayer and members of Guns N’ Roses, among others. The event’s host was actor Jason Momoa.
