From their website Can I bring my dog? Well-behaved dogs are allowed into the museum, if kept on a short lead. They are also allowed down the mine, but be aware that on busy tours they are at risk of being trodden on. The museum reserves the right to deny entry to the mine & museum with a dog if it is too busy.
The ground floor area is certainly wheel chair friendly but I could not say fr sure regarding the Upper Level. My suggestion would be to ring them up. They were a very friendly and informative..
