Wakiki Trolley doesn't go pearl harbour way. It is more Waikiki area I think. Honolulu's city bus system does. Their bus system is great, it called The Bus. I'm not sure where the bus stops are near the cruise ship terminal. I took routes 40 and 42, they run from Waikiki end right to Pearl Harbour and beyond. I'm sure there are other routes too. You can take a cab or Uber also. I'm sure the cruise ship has shuttles. You need to book ahead to go on the Arizona memorial. Google the bus and routes, and Waikiki trolley map. Use google maps, put in your starting location and end point and it will give you options for walking, taking a bus or driving. Its great and tells you which bus and times to take.

I would take my 3 yr old on this around he town loop, BUT make sure i had a tight hold of the child. The seats are bench seats and slippery (heavily varnished). And I would not place my child by the outside window. The loop that took us over the freeway to the Marina was scary. Our driver was absent from his brain for a bit when he laughed about how we all need to hold on because he likes to enter the ramp at a faster speed and we will feel a bump. It was more then a bump...I flew out of my seat and onto the floor!

If you want to go outside of the Waikiki areas, the Honolulu bus system called Thebus is pretty good. You can get a preloaded card called "HoloHolo" card at any 7-eleven store. Just load it with however much value you think you will need. Guide is that rides are $3.00 one way no matter distance. You just scan the card at the reader at the front of the bus. There is the Waikiki Trolley that runs the double deck buses throughout. They have a dedicated Pink line that runs between the big Ala Moana mall and all the Waikiki hotels for $5 one way.
