Is there any parking for oversized vehicles (31ft RV)?
A:
Yes There was space reserved for buses, but smaller cars will park there. There was no security or parking "police". It is a nice trail.

Being there last month (july 2019) you can walk around right on the glacier.

Didn't see any in Aug. Note that I was walking it mid morning. I had been on a trail earlier where warning signs said that bears were seen in early morning. So I think if there are others on trail then you are less likely to see bears.
