Your choice if you wish to ride or not. I didn’t want to but after being there and seeing the care the elephants get and the knowledge of the staff. I realised it’s ok to ride. Doesn’t hurt the elephant and it’s only for 15 mins. Then they get there food prepared by us. Great place I have no doubts to recommend. Highly recommend
