Yes. There are no designated bike paths but you can ride there.

Hi! Are there any running/walking paved trails? If so how many miles?
A:
The whole park can be walked but there isn't a paved running trail. You can run along the driving path around the park and many folks bike but I would wear brite colors or reflecting vest.
