Beautiful, historic facility. Friendly staff. Only lowered the rating because of the cost. We spent barely an hour here and admission was high for other options of things to do in Cleveland.Full review by HavekKidsWillTravel

Yes you can pay at the door and there is a 5.00 charge for parking. We have a membership, which supposedly includes parking, but this has never worked for us. The parking attendant says the aquarium will reimburse us, which they will not. The aquarium says they should let us in with our membership card, which they will not.
