How easy is this to get to from Rome?
A:
It’s well outside the city center but there is a bus that will drop you off nearby. I don’t remember the number but you can check on the ATAC website. Well worth the journey!

Why does it advise to cover knees and shoulders in trip to catacombs?
A:
Yes. For respect purposes, and because it is cool in the catacombs and dusty too. Wear closed toed shoes with a good grip too.
