I am sorry I cannot remember. We were at so many parks that week. Many did allow dogs. I tried to post link to site but not allowed. Here I writing on page "Pets are allowed in most outdoor areas provided they are kept under physical restraint or on a leash not longer than six feet. Owners will be asked to remove noisy or dangerous pets or pets that threaten or harass wildlife" The walk to Ratcliff falls is quite a hike.
HI... I'm thinking of visiting Ceasers Head Park for Solar Eclipse view... was wondering how much room was at top of mountain for seeing the eclipse...is it a small area or enough room for many people? also is there other spots to see an unobstructed view of sky? Thanks so much for any reply! Aimee

Parking may be okay, but viewing may get crowded. Bald Rock Heritage Preserve is located down south 276 a few miles. Parking is along the highway and may not be too expansive, but the rock is quite open and may better suit your needs. It is a few hundred feet lower than Caesar's Head, but much more exposed. Check Google Maps for the area to which I am referring. Please pardon my grammar.
Hi, how far is the suspension bridge from the parking lot? Some of the trails are closed due to the wildfires so I'm curious to see if there's still access to the suspension bridge and how long it takes to get there. Thanks!

it's approximately 2 miles in each direction - going and coming back.
