BLOCK Gym is a 24 hour- access workout space, bringing the best and latest in fitness and wellness to it’s members and the Royal William Yard community. BLOCK provides a stunning backdrop and a very different, exclusive gym offering to Plymouth with state of the art, high specification equipment guaranteed to motivate fitness and movement. Parking is free for 90 minutes per session - Members must log their registration upon entry to the gym.

A great gym in a beautiful building. The staff are friendly, welcoming and happy to help. I’ve never been a gym member before and thought I’d find it all a bit intimidating but I’m really enjoying us… Full review by Ceri Noyce
