From their website Can I bring my dog? Well-behaved dogs are allowed into the museum, if kept on a short lead. They are also allowed down the mine, but be aware that on busy tours they are at risk of being trodden on. The museum reserves the right to deny entry to the mine & museum with a dog if it is too busy.
The ground floor is wheel chair accessible. There is a chair lift (ask staff to operate it for you) to the upper floor and we have a wheel chair upstairs. I am afraid we do not have a lift.
