We are sorry you were disappointed in our sledding & tubing area on Thanksgiving Weekend. This was our opening weekend and, as you know, California does not have much snow on the ground yet at this early date. We discounted the rental rates this weekend due to the smaller than normal hills and low snow coverage. We take great care in grooming and providing a safe sledding/tubing area for our guests, especially during low snow times. Please give us a try again when we have more snow (and thus bigger hills) available. Thanks!

Then don't open yet if you don't have enough snow to make a decent hill or mention that on your website at least so people aren't driving all the way up to Bear Valley to be disappointed.
