We saw young children on our trip to the sanctuary, but none of them seemed particularly engaged. Some were more interested in playing with stones in the puddles. The guides give excellent adult level lectures and the wolves are in very large pens, so are often difficult to see. It would not be my choice for a 6 yo.
Thanks for your review of the wolf sanctuary. I have never been, but my son loves wolves. I am a slow walker. How much walking is involved and are folks able to walk at a slow pace, or is it more fast paced? Is one time of year better than another? Is a particular time of day better than another?
