I think that depends a lot on whether it's windy. I was quite tired out by the end but we were having to paddle against the wind quite a bit so it was slightly hard work at times. That said, they go at a pace that leaves no-one behind so I think you'd be fine. There other thing to think about is dropping the company a note and asking whether you could be paired up with the tour guide who can do some of the work for you as someone was on our session!
