Hi Loi, You can picnic there. You are allowed to be anywhere unless someone has booked a lawn. There is signage at the gates that tell you if there is a wedding booked on a lawn for example. Plenty of room to picnic but it’s not a massive botanic gardens. Maybe a quarter of the size in the city where the Tan is. Hannah
