You don’t go anywhere where you wouldn’t normally be allowed a dog (it’s just walking the streets of Whitby in a group) so I don’t see why you wouldn’t be allowed.
I believe so, some have different dates - if you google Whitby ghost walks they will come up - alternatively - some meet at the whale bones, and there are little signs in and around the town :)

Sorry just seen your post .7.30pm from the Whalebones on West Cliff. If tbe signs are out near tbe Royal Hotel the walk is on,or check our website for dates
