The longer trail at this monument is worth the stairs and short but moderate hike if you are able. Binoculars are a bonus so you can see other dwellings that are around the canyon as well. There were…Full review by karac47

These ancient cliff dwellings of the Hopi and other indigenous peoples who lived here are definitely worth visiting for an educational and thought - provoking experience.Full review by Keith H

Hi and thanks for your question. Yes there is an Entrance Fee, it is $15.00 per person & is valid for 7 Days. However, if you intend to visit a few other parks in the next 12 Months, I recommend buying the 'America The Beautiful' Pass. It is well worth it. Due to Covid-19, there is limited access. The Island Trail & The Rim Trail are open 09:00 ~ 16:30. The trail to the ruins is closed. The Visitor Centre, Store & Restrooms are open 09:00 ~ 12:00 Then 13:00 ~ 16:30 & you will be required to wear a face mask. There are Rangers on duty to answer any questions. All visitors must exit the park by 16:30, and do not forget that Arizona DOES NOT use Daylight Saving Time, they are on Mountain Time All Year Round. I recommend taking a good pair of binoculars, or camera with a good zoom lens. You can then get a good view of some of the ruins from the Rim Trail. Hope this helps
