Waimanalo Beach was just superb. There were only a few people around. We parked our car about 500 meters away at the main road. We spent some time here enjoying Mother Nature! Full review by OZS_ATW

Beautiful beach. We went twice on our trip and both times it was not crowded. Plenty of space to swim and enjoy the beautiful water and scenery. Full review by Bruce M

In November 2016, a small (2-3 people and 2 dogs) group was observed in a campsite near the pavilion. The dogs roamed freely about the beach but the people remained in a grove closer to the pavilion than the beach. There was no behavior that would be considered rude or criminal. They were very quiet, quieter than other beach-goers.
Q:

A:
"The Bus" goes just about everywhere on the island. Check their website for routes.
