More than 300 residents call the Residences at Vantage Point in the heart of Columbia their home. The continuing care, life plan retirement community offers 203 independent apartments, 26 assisted living apartments, 24 memory care apartments, and comprehensive nursing care with 44 private and semi-private accommodations. And, because freedom of choice is vitally important, new residents can select from two types of residency agreements when joining the community, an “all-inclusive” LifeCare Plan or a Fee-for-Service Plan. Because we’re a not-for-profit, privately owned corporation, we don’t answer to shareholders. We are accountable only to our residents and their families, and we take their trust in us very seriously.
