Hi there, I am coming to Universal next month. YAY! I need to pick up my annual pass but my flight gets in after 8pm. Is there a way to pick up my pass before early park entry so I can still get in early? I am staying at Loews Portofino Bay, but I believe their guest services closes before I get into Orlando and opens after early park entry. Thanks!

Hi Chandler. Thank you for your question. The Universal Vacation Planning Center at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel is open from 7:00AM to 8:00PM. I recommend visiting the Guest Services location at the front of either park or at Universal CityWalk upon your arrival prior to Early Park Admission. Guest Service Windows are available from 30 minutes prior to the parks' opening until park close. I hope this helps! - Victoria

Kennedy space center is good as well. At gatorland there is a zipwire over the gators that is worth doing. Planning is the key
