What a special place. I wish I had been able to go at sunset but our flight was cancelled so I lost our booking. Walked it during the middle of the day which was still nice.Full review by TinaLB1975

Hi Janine We rocked up and a ranger was talking at around 9am. I think there was a group in front of us as well. Talks appear to be regular as they are popular and informative. From the carpark there is one track in and people walking up joined the group with no problems. We couldnt make sunset at Ubir as we did yellow river sunset cruise ( amazingly good) but the guide said sunset at Ubir is immense. You might want to think about a small torch fro walk down the path? Have a look at this website ( sorry no links allowed in answer but search this) kakadu national park australia ( all one word) and look for Ubir
