I doubt they are all general admission. Last time I was there, the main floor was standing only, and there was a balcony with seats and some old fashioned box seats with chairs on the side. My memory is that I didn’t pay any extra for the balcony, but that the box seats cost extra.

This place is VERY old - like 100 years old. There are seats in the balcony but everything is very narrow, even the doorways. I suggest you call the theater directly and ask them. I would be surprised if they didn’t have a policy for dealing with these situations. I suspect he will have to walk up some stairs at the very least. Even the doors to the bathroom upstairs are quite narrow - not much more than 24 inches.
