I might suggest that you enquire as to when the main Salmon Run is expected to take place, the give yourself at least 2 hours to view the video, enjoy the tour, watch from various vantage points and then enjoy a meal in the restaurant before leaving. There is also a great picnic area there so whatever your preference you'll enjoy the visit.
