Taxi, or rent a car. Your cruise ship may be able to arrange a van or bus if enough people are interested. Bus should be the cheapest option. Don't be put off by the appearance of the port, it is quite industrial looking and not attractive, but is the only place deep enough to accomodate cruise ships. Much of the rest of the island is lovely. First impressions are not accurate in this case.
