Fireworks start at 10 pm. We arrived approx. 8:45 pm

There is no dress code, the restaurant is casual. Just be mindful of their servers, they don't wanna be bothered.

No bar that I saw at all. They were super accommodating for us though as we were a little early for dinner so we sat at our table chatting and having drinks until it was “dinner time”.
