Pogonip was very scenic, big and beautiful. I entered the park through UCSC and began at the Spring Box Trailhead. I originally came just to see the koi pond but decided to explore the park further. …Full review by Sadie Z

My friend recommended this area. I did about a 1.5 hike from Golf Club drive. The place has a dark energy to me. Lots of trash scattered about and signs of homeless camps. I honestly didn’t feel safe…Full review by Greg J

Pogonip has a number of trails off the main path. I have taken only a few. The walk from Spring street entrance to the gate at Highway 9 is always a good choice. The path can be rocky. Only the …Full review by JeriLG

Along Golf Club Dr. There is some limited parking at the entrance gate but usually a spot open 1/4 down by HWY. On weekends a section of the city of santa cruz public works lot at Hwy 9 and GCD is available for the public to use.
