This is a famous and fantastic clock, which tells the time in the most charming way with figures coming out of the clock and doing a little dance for everyone. This is a MUST while in Munich.Full review by TheShis
How do you get to the observation deck in the Rathaus in Munich? You mentioned it in your post and I cannot find anything online other than comments saying the you can go up to the observation deck. Thanks, Mitch

There is an elevator on the left hand side as you go thru the main gate. this takes you to the 3rd or 4th floor where you can pay to take a different elevator to the observation deck
