I haven't seen a market there and to tell you the truth there aren't a lot of markets in Havana. There are boutiques in the 5* hotels. By chance I saw once some stalls but I can't remember exactly where. And it wasn't a market anyway. It was something like a covered area with some stalls. And that's all. There are no shops even at the airport! But if you go to the information centers perhaps you'll find out something interesting. Take care of your belongings! While I was there Mass was not going on. I'm sure that your tour guide will inform you whether there will be mass or if you are allowed in during that time. The tour is usually a few hours so even if when you pass by and mass in going on, by the end of the tour it will be over.
