There are limited car parking facilities on the Heath and you have to pay for them. At the weekend you may be able to park on the streets around the Heath especially near Kenwood. As far as parking facilities on the Heath itself there is some at Kenwood House and also some just North of Hampstead Heath station. The Corporation of London website lists the following car parks East Heath: NW3 1BN, Jack Straw's: NW3 7ES and The Lido: NW5 1LN. There is also an excellent map which I think you can download off their website.
