Hello Theresa! Thank you for contacting Naperville Trolley & Tours. We no longer Trolley into Chicago, IL. They have new rules that any vehicle with a passenger license plate must have a security guard on board at all times, a camera system and pay more fee's. I would suggest taking the Metra train into Chicago, and getting on a double decker bus or a Trolley there. They offer on/off passes for the day and are great at tours!
