Money Creek Township is located in McLean County, Illinois. As of the 2010 census, its population was 1,085 and it contained 511 housing units. The township took its name from Money Creek. According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 39.3 square miles, of which 38.81 square miles is land and 0.48 square miles is water.
