Terrible place. The horses are depressed staying in their cages for most of the day. The guide was rude and unresponsive to our questions, showing us the outside of buildings without getting inside. …Full review by Sunny G

Yes the show is only on particular days we did not see the show. All the details are on the website The tours are also at certain times but fairly regularly. We just showed up and bought our tickets for the tour. If you are there late evening around 4 - 5 p.m. We saw the horses coming back from the meadows after grazing that alone was an amazing sight. We went last October so please do check the website for updates.
We are visiting the Lipica Stud Farm the day after a tour ends. We have a driver picking us up at our Lake Bled hotel and we will spend the day going to the Lipica stud farm, then the Skocjan caves, then to Split where we will stay. Should we buy tickets for the Lipica stud farm before we go? Can we do that? We don't want to spend a long time in line! If we can buy tickets online, I couldn't find it on the website. Thank you!
