Hello, I plan on taking a train from London to get to Leeds Castle. Their website suggests a taxi or walk from Bearstead station to reach the castle. - is it convenient to find a taxi? Is it expensive? -I don’t mind walking, but I worry about the safety. Is it just walking along o roadway or is there a clear path? Thanks
A:
I'm not sure about the train. We took a bus and it stopped inside the grounds in front of the castle proper.
Q:
Are we allowed to fly kite at Leeds castle?
A:
Sorry not 100% sure. But they have a lot of land where people walk. Plenty of land where very people are etc

Q:
Are dogs allowed?
A:
Hi, I am not sure- contact the castle. We did see dogs there, but they may have been day trippers, or simply walking in the grounds. Good luck.
Q:
Is it national trust
A:
No it is a stand-alone castle. Prices are for entry to this location only.
