Is there parking nearby

Hi there, Yes there is parking in the area. We happened to park on a side street and crossed over to Ireland Park. Not sure if there is an actual parking lot though. Hope this helps.

As far as I know it's open all the time But to actually see it properly and safely, I would go anytime before sunset. Hope this helps
