Visited after lunch nearby. No need to book and although there was a queue, it moved quickly. The viewing area is not covered so a little chilly but worth the wait.Full review by AmbridgeGirl

Where can I book the ticket? On the website it says that you don't have to unless you're in a group of 12 of more.

You don't have to book a ticket (unless you're in a group of a certain amount of people, as the website states). I was alone and just got in the queue when I arrived :)
