There are things in the Premium Experience that you don't get to see in the regular ticket, but the biggest difference is that you get your own private tour guide the whole way. They do a max of 7 people per tour, and our family of 5 was all alone with our one tour guide. She knew everything about ESB and had the most valuable insight and interesting stories. Plus, you get to skip the line for everything. If you can afford it, do the Premium Experience and hopefully you get Renita for your guide. It was worth every penny, especially if you have other plans that day
If I buy a ticket for 4:30 and its more expensive due to sunset - is it guaranteed I will see the sunset? I hate to pay more and miss because of waiting in a line. Also - do they allow strollers?

Go early, when visiting in September for the sunset, we did not have any line. We walked right to the top. You can go an hour early and get up there and wait out the sunset.
