THE MUSEUM IS OPEN FOR TOURS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Office Hours M-F 10A-4P From telegraph and radio to radar, the National Electronics Museum offers visitors access to the electronic marvels that have helped to shape our country and our world. The museum offers a wide variety of both static and interactive displays, as well as a research library, with holdings that focus on all aspects of electronic history. We also host a complete amateur radio station, K3NEM/W3GR, fully equipped with vintage and modern communications systems. Previously located near Baltimore’s BWI-Thurgood Marshall Airport, we are now located in Hunt Valley MD, sharing a space with the Computer Museum at System Source and the Bloop Museum.

Hi - I didn't use public transportation, but this is the information i was able to scrounge up (with help from the Museum): The MTA bus route 17 goes past the National Electronics Museum. The closest stop is at the intersection of Elkridge Landing and W. Nursery Rd., which is about a block from the museum. Visitors can take the Light Rail to the BWI Business Park station and then walk, or catch the #17 bus. They can also take Amtrak or MARC to the BWI station, from there it is a 2 mile walk, and it is also on the #17 route.
