In answer to your question, the manta rays are virtually always there, but as always there is never a 100% guarantee. It can depend on all matter of things. You would be best to message or email Frazer McGregor of Marine interactions, he can give you more advice as he owns the company & is very informative & passionate about the the bay.Regards Jerry
