Cooper Township is a township in Clearfield County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 2,593 at the 2020 census. According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 40.9 square miles, of which 40.6 square miles or 99.41% is land and 0.2 square miles or 0.59% is water.
