Can I get into the park from the el conquistador resort? I wasn’t sure if it backed up to the resort or if you need to get an Uber to take you on up to the park entrance. I am here for a conference and don’t get out until 6 nightly and want to catch a pretty sunset. If going from park entrance where is the best place to get to quickly before the sun goes down? Thx!

You can’t get into the park directly from the El Conquistador. The only entry to the park is a couple miles to the north. After 5:00 pm there is no one at the entrance to collect entrance fees. I would just walk south from the hotel and watch the sunset from somewhere on the Linda Vista trail.
