I think you could navigate a stroller fairly well once you get up the hill out of the parking area. You'd need to carry the stroller past that area. After that it's totally flat. Just depends on …
I think you could navigate a stroller fairly well once you get up the hill out of the parking area. You'd need to carry the stroller past that area. After that it's totally flat. Just depends on how heavy the stroller is. If you're in the area, just check it out. If you can't do that, there are lots of other places to go, including a great riverwalk. It's not paved either, but you should be able to walk it with a stroller.
